These services are provided by Jay Althof, an business leader with 35 years of executive leadership, business development, marketing, technology development and management experience. His career has spanned roles from staff engineer at a national laboratory to business development, general management and executive leadership with Trane Air Conditioning to executive leadership as President of Unison Comfort Technologies, a division of The Greenheck Group. 

Jay has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.  He completed the leadership development program at Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in Colorado Springs and numerous business training programs and seminars throughout his career.  He has also been a member of the Chief Executive Network.
